A human and gourmet adventure that continues to unfold day by day. For your information, the restaurant remains open all summer long, with a terrace to make the most of the fine weather. At the helm, J\u00e9r\u00e9my Verqueire serves up a creative and generous cuisine adapted to the weather, always guided by the desire to surprise and please. In the cellar, Valentin Guido accompanies you in the discovery of fine wines, with a menu designed to magnify each dish. The summer offerings have just arrived, and a few new ones are already in the pipeline for autumn!
