And why not? From June 15 to July 15, four restaurants dedicated to hot ramen are teaming up to promote a cold version of this traditional dish. Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukiyo.swiss\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Ukiyo<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.umamido.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Umamido<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/yukiguni.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Yukiguni<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.susuru-ramen.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Susuru<\/strong><\/a> for a summer dedicated to these wonderful specialties straight from the land of the rising sun. Each restaurant will create a special dish for this collaboration. Why not succumb to a <span lang=\"FR\">cold sesame broth with soy sauce, topped with buffalo tataki, a declination of pack choy, marinated beef, spring onion and sesame seeds, or the cold noodle soup (dashi with ponzu shoyu), wakame, mung bean, leek, lime and ginger?
