From Wednesday to Saturday, 12 am to 10 pm, the entire team, along with chef Francesca Fucci, will offer fresh, local, creative and sunny cuisine, in a magnificent setting. Freer in its approach, but still faithful to the excellence of the Ritz-Carlton <g id=\"gid_2\"><g id=\"gid_3\">H\u00f4tel de la Paix<\/g><\/g> in Geneva, the Bistrot d&#8217;\u00c9t\u00e9 by Fiskebar will appeal to gourmets passing through the quayside on Lake Geneva. On the plate, compositions such as carpaccio of Swiss black angus or <i>gambero rosso<\/i> or fragrant eggplant ravioli are on the menu. Not forgetting the melt-in-the-mouth <g id=\"gid_5\">lobster roll<\/g>, smoked <g id=\"gid_6\">burrata<\/g> with pickled vegetables, strawberry gravlax with honey mustard, and veal chop.
