The extensive 51-100 list includes establishments on six continents, and was compiled from the votes of 1,120 independent culinary experts, including renowned chefs, food journalists and globe-trotting gourmets. All voted for The World&#8217;s 50 Best Restaurants 2025, whose full ranking will be revealed live on stage in two weeks&#8217; time. Europe stands out with 20 restaurants in the ranking, including new entries such as Koan in Copenhagen (No.91), Cocina Hermanos Torres in Barcelona (No.78), Txispa in Atxondo, Spain (No.85) and Al Gatto Verde in Modena (No.92). Jordn\u00e6r in Copenhagen returns to the 51-100 list at No.56.
