On Thursday June 5, Mathieu Quetglas and the entire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cavesa.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>CAVE<\/strong><\/a> team are delighted to welcome Arnaud Guichard, passionate artisan cheesemaker and master affineur at the head of Fromagerie <a href=\"https:\/\/tommefleurette.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>La Fleurette<\/strong><\/a>located in Rougemont, in the heart of the Pays-d&#8217;Enhaut region. For over 30 years, this emblematic company has been promoting Swiss cheese-making expertise by processing exclusively raw mountain milk. Throughout the evening, the cheesemaker will share with guests his daily routine, his inspirations and a few anecdotes about the delicate art of maturing. By registering, you&#8217;ll be able to discover his emblematic cheeses, starting with the famous Tomme Fleurette.
