Alexia Chenevard and her team are delighted to welcome winegrowers Mathieu Paquet and \u00c9tienne Julien, representing their respective family estates, on June 19 from 7:00 pm. In the company of Nicolas Pyrgos, founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/plaisirjeroboam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Plaisir J\u00e9roboam<\/strong><\/a>let yourself be tempted by an evening under the sign of the vine and gastronomic delights prepared by chef Rodolphe Estiaut-Braud. Let&#8217;s talk about crab and rice under pressure, foie gras gyoza with the first chanterelles and Cortona pigeon just roasted in fine breadcrumbs. A mille-feuille with bigarreau cherries rounded off the dinner. As for the wines, a number of fine cuv\u00e9es await you, including Pouilly-Fuiss\u00e9<g id=\"gid_4\">1er<\/g> Cru, Nuit Saint-Georges<g id=\"gid_5\">1er Cru<\/g> and \u00c9chezeaux Grand Cru.
