The luncheon will be held at Kenjiro Kagami&#8217;s winery in the heart of the French Jura. At the helm will be three of Geneva&#8217;s finest gourmet chefs: &#8220;Momo&#8221; Muratovic of the restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sabi-restaurant.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Sabi<\/strong><\/a>Freddy Garanjoud of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.matiererestaurant.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Mati\u00e8re<\/strong><\/a> and Francesco Mauri of <a href=\"https:\/\/ledecanteur.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>D\u00e9canteur<\/strong><\/a>. This infernal trio will be proposing a menu to share around a brazier with fine fish and matured cuts of meat. The menu remains a surprise for the moment, but Francesco promises to serve up some <em>cappelletti<\/em>, Freddy will prepare his pate en cro\u00fbte and Momo will concoct his diabolical beurre blanc. The event includes Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Ganevat&#8217;s wine tasting, aperitif and dinner with wines included (other Jura winemakers will also be present).
