Close to the hospital, this part of rue Micheli-Ducret is not the most attractive thoroughfare. And yet, over time and season after season, the Mati\u00e8re team has managed to make its way straight to the top of Geneva bistronomy. From the kitchen. Freddy Garanjoud and Cl\u00e9ment Masson create culinary twirls with brilliance and consistency. As for the dining room, Marion Ollivier and Lionel Schneider bring serenity and precision to service and wine advice. We&#8217;d like to congratulate them on their dedication and professionalism, and wish them all the best for the future.
