Their vision: sincere, elegant and lively Alpine hospitality, perfectly in tune with the spirit of the resort. On December 4, the hotel inaugurates Le St-Bernard, its new mountain restaurant. The address, a nod to the mythical mountain pass and the emblematic alpine rescue dog, boasts a warm, contemporary atmosphere. Executive Chef Rudy Ballin offers generous Alpine cuisine rooted in the terroir: alpine cheeses, local meats, seasonal vegetables and Valais wines. Franco-Swiss classics revisited in a spirit of sharing. From 5 p.m., the team welcomes guests for apr\u00e8s-ski, followed by two courses, 7 p.m. and 9 p.m., including La Table du Chef, a large convivial table at the heart of the service.
