Today, Emmanuel Renaut is preparing to welcome guests back to his renovated establishment in the heights of the village of Meg\u00e8ve. Surrounded by his unchanged team, the chef &#8211; who is currently helping to prepare the famous Meg\u00e8ve gourmet event <a href=\"https:\/\/toquicimes.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Toquicimes<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; is behind the scenes fine-tuning the dishes that have built his gastronomic reputation over the decades, as well as some new ones. The date of December 6 has just been announced on the chef&#8217;s Instagram account, and he has also confirmed that reservations are now open.
