Instigator of these two competitions, the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ehl.edu\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>EHL<\/strong><\/a> School of Practical Arts, a professional and vocational center dedicated to excellence in the culinary and service professions, plays an essential role in creating the unique EHL experience. Open to all adults with a passion for patisserie &#8211; with the exception of graduates in the food professions &#8211; this competition honors the Saint-Honor\u00e9, in all its variations, classic or revisited, with a festive spirit. Entries are open until midnight on October 18, 2025.
