A new Italian-inspired landmark ideally located at the end of the Saint-Tropez harbour (in place of the restaurant Le\u00ef Mouscard\u00efns &#8211; some will know the reference), Cherry in its Parisian version boasts a certain New York soul. Imagined by interior designer Sarita Posada, the new venue is a clever blend of Brooklyn&#8217;s hushed jazz bars and the ambiance of a discreetly refined Parisian bistro. In the kitchen, chef Oscar Aviles Santana (formerly of Zuma Dubai) offers a menu that blends revisited Italian classics with a touch of American <i>comfort food<\/i>. Cocktails are also on the menu, as are Dirty Martini, Negroni and Old Fashioned.
