With a mixture of apprehension and excitement, the man who was part of the starting team for the <a href=\"https:\/\/bombar.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Bombar<\/strong><\/a> adventure finds himself in the dining room of the Place des Augustins restaurant. Wearing his trusty Los Angeles Lakers basketball cap, you&#8217;ll be able to see him this week, serving up spirited cocktails, carefully selected glasses of wine and scrupulously concocted dishes. We&#8217;re delighted to hear the news, as we&#8217;re so fond of this colorful character. Although leaving Caf\u00e9 Zinette is no easy task, Francis will of course be keeping in close touch with Olivier Fioux and Matthieu Mayor, the owners of the place who have placed their trust in him over the past two years.
