In the gastronomic restaurant, Christophe creates some of the finest sweet creations, such as the kiwi vaudois, ginger and jasmine flowers, or the &#8220;Grand Cru&#8221; chocolate souffl\u00e9 tart with cardamom and cinnamon crumble, topped with bourbon vanilla ice cream.
