Each excelling in his own field, they are an integral part of the local culinary and wine scene. What luck to have brought them together for my podcast Clap de Faim. Whether it&#8217;s the owner of the unmissable <a href=\"https:\/\/inda-bar.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Inda-Bar<\/strong><\/a>Morad El-Hajjaji, the chef and co-owner of the restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallogeneve.com\/index\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Gallo<\/strong><\/a>restaurant, Jacopo Romagnoli, or independent wine consultant Nicolas Herbin, who recently launched his company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/origine.1980\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Origine 1980<\/strong><\/a>all answered the call. And what a moment!
