But it was the members of the trio with whom I had the chance to speak recently who were at the genesis of the project. And as only they know, this adventure was far from a foregone conclusion. In the space of a few months, the guidebooks came to their senses and rewarded this new gastronomic energy on rue Henri-Blanvalet.     <\/p>&#13;\n<\/div>&#13;\n<div>&#13;\n<p class=\"ydpd3dea330yiv5146990480ydpbbee450dyiv5977982517msonormal\">As part of my Clap de Faim podcast, it was a pleasure to spend some time with chef Quentin Philippe, Julien Samson and Arakel Sedef. Thanks to them for sharing so sincerely and welcoming us into their restaurant. A moment filled with kindness, anecdotes, emotions and, of course, laughter.
