In a hushed, elegant atmosphere, Izakaya combines the spirit of Japanese neighborhood bars with the sophistication of contemporary dining. Behind the counter, a sushi master chisels raw textures while the binchotan grill releases smoky flavors, striking a balance between authenticity and boldness, the chef&#8217;s signature.
