On Rue de la Navigation, work is in full swing to welcome this new dining bar with a resolutely contemporary spirit. There&#8217;s no long menu here: dumpling is the star of the plate. These Chinese dumplings, homemade from dough to stuffing, will be available in three varieties: pork, poultry and mushrooms, made from GRTA products. &#8220;Quality over quantity&#8221;, says founder Olav Spirig, who trained as a chef in Copenhagen before moving back to his homeland to create a concept in his own image. His ambition? To create a meeting place for music and food lovers. Visitors will be able to come and share their vinyl, listen to a set or simply enjoy a suspended moment, supported by a tailor-made soundsystem designed for a unique listening experience. From jazz to reggae, rock to cumbia, the soundtrack promises to be as eclectic as the clientele. At the bar, the menu will feature signature cocktails inspired by both Copenhagen&#8217;s Nordic atmosphere and Olav&#8217;s Asian roots.
