The opening is scheduled for December 4, 2025, just in time for the launch of the winter season. Born from the heritage of the Eat-Hola Tapas Bar and Restaurant B\u00f4!, this address imagined by the duo Sergi Arola (Michelin-starred chef) and Jean-Philippe Dupas, W Verbier&#8217;s executive chef, promises sincere, inspired cuisine, where the convivial spirit of the Mediterranean unites with the authenticity of the Alps. On the menu: charcoal grills, tapas to share, golden coca pizzas, comforting cassolettes and Chef Dupas&#8217; signature tartars, as precise as they are daring.
