At <a href=\"https:\/\/ateliersbysergelabrosse.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Ateliers by Serge Labrosse<\/strong><\/a>the chef from <a href=\"https:\/\/restaurant-la-chaumiere.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>La Chaumi\u00e8re<\/strong><\/a> in Troinex has come up with a new event: culinary Lunch &#038; Live. An experience halfway between table d&#8217;h\u00f4tes and gastronomic interaction. Every Tuesday, from 12:00 to 1:30 pm, ten guests sit around the counter for a business lunch prepared live by the chef. The starter, main course and dessert take shape before your eyes, in an atmosphere that&#8217;s both relaxed and concentrated, like a dialogue between fork and stove. The menu offers three options &#8211; vegetarian, fish or meat: a beet and ricotta mille-feuille, a wild mushroom and hazelnut risotto, or a chicken supreme stuffed with chanterelle mushrooms, accompanied by mashed potatoes with tonka bean.
