The Wine District <a href=\"https:\/\/winedistrict.ch\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Wine District<\/strong><\/a> supported by its founders, Charles Villa and Morgane Covino-Bellido, will bring together two exceptional worlds on October 29: that of the iconic Valais winemaker, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chappaz.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Marie-Th\u00e9r\u00e8se Chappaz<\/strong><\/a>and that of chef Dominique Gauthier, head of the restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fpjourne-le-restaurant.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>F. P. Journe<\/strong><\/a>. For the occasion, the chef has devised an exquisite seasonal menu, in which each dish is paired with the estate&#8217;s wines. Among the first culinary emotions, a Barbue de ligne de Bretagne, Imperator curry, paired with Grain Pinot Les Dahrres 2020 and Grain Pinot Charrat 2020. The score continues with a Sarawak pepper-roasted venison, accompanied by quince and parsnips, served on a Grain Mariage 2019 and 2022.
