The brainchild of Michelin-starred chef Philippe Chevrier, a leading figure in Swiss gastronomy and head of the <a href=\"https:\/\/chateauvieux.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Domaine de Ch\u00e2teauvieux<\/strong><\/a>as well as several other establishments in Geneva, the New York-style steakhouse has established itself as a landmark address.
