On December 11, resident chef Benjamin Brial will welcome three-starred J\u00e9r\u00f4me Banctel to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lareserve-paris.com\/restaurants-bars\/restaurant-le-gabriel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Gabriel<\/strong><\/a> at La R\u00e9serve Paris, for a four-handed dinner featuring the great wines of Cos d&#8217;Estournel. Six acts of high-flying dialogue between two highly talented chefs. Together, they will weave a menu balancing textures, intensities and emotions. Among the creations programmed, a symbol of the Parisian chef: carrots with lime and tangy ginger, a subtle dialogue between vegetable sweetness and citrus vivacity, accompanied by Pagode blanc 2023. The journey continues with turbot with persimmon confit and lemon, lobster in navarin or duck with Sichuan before the apotheosis: hare \u00e0 la royale, escorted by a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.estournel.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Cos d&#8217;Estournel<\/strong><\/a> 2000.
