It’s news that saddens Geneva’s gourmet scene: cr\u00eaperie Bl\u00e9 Noir<\/strong><\/a>born of a love of Brittany and the art of the galette, has announced the closure of its Carouge establishment. Since its beginnings, Bl\u00e9 Noir had created a fine bridge between Finist\u00e8re and Switzerland: stone-ground organic flours, artisanal ciders, crispy “kraz” galettes and, later, Breton seafood in a revisited brasserie atmosphere. But rest assured: the Bl\u00e9 Noir adventure continues in Geneva, on the Com\u00e9die side, to the delight of lovers of Breton crepes and galettes. As for the spirit, it remains intact: that of a convivial and generous Brittany that stimulates local taste buds.
